Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order with Motech and need to cancel it for any reason, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Orders are automatically processed through our secure payment and order fulfillment system shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been processed for shipment or marked as shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If a cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped, the order may still be eligible for cancellation. However, all approved cancellations are subject to a cancellation processing fee of 10% of the order value or $2.50 (whichever is greater).
This fee covers the payment processing charges and administrative costs that occur when an order is placed and prepared for shipment.
Important Notes
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
- If you no longer need the item after shipment, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return instructions.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted to Motech customer service for review and approval.
- Motech reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already entered the shipping or fulfillment stage.
