1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

To ensure the highest product quality, all orders are shipped directly from the source warehouse after undergoing a final quality inspection before dispatch.

We currently use registered direct shipping services, allowing customers to track their packages throughout the shipping process.

Upon receiving your order, our team will promptly conduct a quality check and arrange shipment without delay.

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 7–9 business days.

2. Shipping Cost Estimation

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method.

You can use the shipping cost calculator provided on our website to estimate the shipping cost before placing an order.

Shipping cost calculation notes:

• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight (KG).
  
• Unit shipping rates, registration fees, and carrier charges may be adjusted according to market conditions.
  

3. Package Delivery

If you receive a package with damaged packaging:

• You may refuse to accept the package; or
  
• Accept the package first, take clear photos of the damaged packaging, and then contact us immediately.
  

4. Notice

Packages inspected by customs or government authorities may experience an additional 1–2 business day delay.

Packages containing incomplete or incorrect information (such as incomplete recipient information, incorrect recipient name, excessive product descriptions, etc.) may experience an additional 1 business day processing delay.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

5. Intercepting a Shipment

If the package has not yet been shipped, you may request an interception. However, successful interception cannot be guaranteed.

If the first interception attempt is unsuccessful and a second interception is required, additional fees may apply.

Once a package has been shipped, requests to change the recipient or shipping information can only be made if the carrier's system supports such modifications.
