Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Motech. We appreciate your trust in our products and services. To protect your rights and ensure a smooth after-sales process, please read the following policy carefully.
All products supplied by Motech are covered by a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. If you encounter any defective product during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance with return, replacement, or refund.
Important Reminder:
To avoid damage caused by improper installation or handling, we strongly recommend testing all products before installation.
Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
This policy applies only to purchases made through the Motech official website.
Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange for products that have non-physical defects or functional issues covered by this policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request must be submitted within 12 months of the purchase date.
If incorrect items are received, please contact us within 7 days after delivery for a refund, return, or exchange.
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If the package or product arrives severely damaged or the item is non-functional upon arrival:
A. If the package shows obvious damage before acceptance, please refuse the delivery and notify Motech immediately.
B. If damage is discovered after the package has been received, please take clear photos or videos and contact our support team within 7 days of receipt.
After confirming the issue and communicating with the courier, we will arrange a suitable solution such as replacement or return.
2. Product Quality Issues
If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, please provide photos or videos showing the problem and contact our support team.
Once the issue is verified, Motech will arrange one of the following solutions:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Return for inspection
3. Wrong Item Ordered by Customer
If a customer orders the wrong product or the issue is not related to product quality:
- The item may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery
- Refunds are generally not available in this situation
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
4. Incorrect Item Sent by Motech
If you receive an incorrect product due to our error:
- Please take photos and contact us immediately
- After confirmation, we will arrange the correct shipment as soon as possible
5. Shipping Fees
Customers will be charged at most once for return shipping.
No restocking fee will be applied for eligible returns under this policy.
Out of Warranty Conditions
The following situations are not covered by warranty:
- Products outside the warranty period
- Products without Motech quality control markings
- Damage caused by improper use or installation
- Water damage or liquid exposure
- Flex cable damage, cracked screens, scratches, or bezel damage caused by installation or handling
RMA Return Process
- Contact Motech customer service via email or online chat to request an RMA authorization before sending any return.
- After approval, you will receive an RMA number and return address.
- Complete the RMA form and provide the following information:
- Product details and quantity
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Return tracking number
- Product details and quantity
- All returned products must be:
- In original packaging
- In original condition (unused and uninstalled)
- Packed with the product list or RMA information
- Motech reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Once the returned package is received, our after-sales team will inspect and test the product.
- A testing report will be issued within 3–6 business days.
- After confirmation, we will proceed with the refund, replacement, or exchange according to the warranty term
Liability Disclaimer
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Motech shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased through this website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the relevant product.
Policy Abuse
Motech reserves the right to limit or refuse service to customers who abuse the return, refund, or warranty policies.
